Don't make love to a man or woman until you are married, have been tested and are committed. There are two main reasons for this:
1. Unwanted pregnancy
2. Sex diseases that are fatal.
If you continue to have multiple partners and are not careful you will die. It's as simple as that. There is no such thing as safe sex except abstinence. Condoms break or fall off. Some guys leave girls when the girl gets pregnant.
Some teens dont know who they are yet and cannot understand the complexities and responsibilities of relationships.
Guys, keep your penis in your pants lest it catches something the doctors hadnt even heard of. Girls, keep yourself pure until marriage.
What is the alternative? More diseases and foster kids!

I'm a 50 year old divorced woman. I agree with what the person who posted this question said, not only for my young adult kids but also for myself, and I stick to it!

That is true. There's unprotected and unsafe sex. There's SAFER (not 100% safe, but safer) sex with protection - but yes, it still has its risks.

I'm thinking that's your opinion, your choice and your right to choose. But you're crazy if you think it's right to push your opinion on others. And I say that because you state your opinion more as a demand and not actually stating it as just your opinion.

It's called condoms and birth control. Birth control is 99.9% effective, and with the help of a condom, protects even more. At that point, I support PRO-choice, because if you're deciding to have sex and take all the precautions, that means that your "unwanted pregnancy" is a choice.
Also, get checked after each time you have sex. That's common sense.

Those things are true, but you have to understand that times have changed and that sex is mostly all kids think about these days.
The best thing to do people if your going to have sex before marrage go and get tested and ask yourself is it worth it.

I haven't had any sex yet, but it's hard to stay sex-free because they're girls everywhere to choose from.

I'm 27 and will wait until marriage. its very common for Muslim men to be virgin until marriage so its no big deal.
