S.O.S. need help!?

Question

I need ideas where and how I can get a cheap, running car. If you've read other posts my me you can see how my bf wants to move to NC and either just leave me here, or try to call me to come later. Either way I need help. I need to figure out how to pay his half of the bills, pg&e, internet which I can't turn off, it's the only thing that keeps me entertained, groceries which I can surely pay for since I'm never home, and mostly his half of the rent.

If he really leaves me like this I don't know how I'm going to do this.

I make about $1000 a month if not a little less sometimes. My rent is $ 585, I need some help and ideas on how to do this if it comes down to it, I need a plan. I don't know if he's mad or what is going on, just his mood has been changing too much for me to tell.

I heard of some crisis thing that will pay your bills once, or something. Please someone help!

Maybe I could get a studio apartment here if I had to. I have a 1 bedroom loft now, kind of the same thing. I'm 21 and with no kids, I don't know what I will qualify for. Hell I'm so worried that I would even take food stamps if this happens.

You can get help with heating bills. Call your power company
you can move to cheaper place like a rooming house or get a female room mate
You cannot go on welfare while you are working but you might be able to get food stamps.
Go to school and get a good job
move back home until you get more settled
Get a second job
keep looking in the newspaper for cheap cars
If you can, drive by a poor neigborhood and look for for sale signs on parked cars--but be careful
talk to the guy. tell him to put up or shut up. Are you staying or going? if he doesnt know, move out fast.
Depend on yourself honey--its always been that way

there are places to check into but w/ makin that much and rent at that price you mite not get, the internet isnt a priority its a luxery and so is a phone, you need to figure he isnt sendin for ya and isnt comin back, if he is actin strange and all it a sign, you can live w/out phone and comp. a car and rent and food elect is the thing to worrie about good luck, you can go to human services in your area they will let ya know if you qualify and give you # to get ahold of people to help, and yes usually only once is allowed.

Public aide will help with the bills if you qualify. Go to ther salvage yards around your home and tell them you need a cheap car. It works for me.
