Dogs love being dogs. They have it made. They don't have to work for a living. They get a home, food, love and everything given for free and they just have to be cute in exchange for all of that. This applies to all the dogs living in wonderful, loving pet homes.
Of course on the other hand, all of the abused dogs and other animals would love to take over the world and make all the humans pay for the misery that they have had to live with.
It is funny that you should ask this question now. I just woke up about an hour ago from a dream that our country was being taken over by an army of Germans and millions of trained dogs. I kid you not.

there are some people that believe dogs are one of the highest states of reincarnation achieveable
I think dogs have got it just right

We humans don't even understand each other; how on earth could we understand another totally different species' way of thinking? Or their dreams?

i would give my left arm to come back as dog in an awesome home.
