Yes. It is rather exhilarating at first but ultimately, it means there is something wrong with your existing relationship. Also, somebody is gonna end up hurt. So, figure out what is wrong in your relationship, and then date the right person!

As long as you're "dating" and not together, yes, it's perfectly fine. However, doesn't mean you fool around with both. It should be kept strictly to dates, otherwise it'd be unfair to one person or the other -shrugs-
