RF implants is urban legend except they may be used to keep track of prisoners on parole or something if people agree, sort of like Martha Stewart's ankle bracelet.
However, the people who make the chip are trying to say they could be a border control device. That is too creepy for most of us.
REAL ID is a card which would require proof of citizenship and biometric information which would confirm that the person holding the card is the person on record as having the card. It was supposed to be unforgeable, but it may be at least copyable by something I heard lately. Even so, one version would have a national database which would figure out if there was 'more than one' of a person (holding two jobs in different states, etc.)
It would be the ONLY legal means of drivers' licenses when the law goes into effect, so all drivers' licenses would require proof of citizenship. Pro-illegal organizations are against this.
Others who are against it are people who don't like the idea of the government being able to track us that closely. However, who are we kidding? With ATM cards, credit cards and social security numbers being tracked all over, how much privacy do we have? Truth, it would lessen what we do have.
On the other hand, it would be much easier to track visa overstayers and people not properly here.

there will most likely be rfid chips in the cards themselves and in passports. there is also talk of a national database that will contain everyones information but that doesnt exist .... yet ... the rules and exactly how the system will be put together and used is up to the department of homeland security. What it boils down to is you will need the card for anything you do and anywhere you go ... for example, you have the card, you just bought a gun, they happen to pass a law banning guns ... now you cant access your bank account until you turn that gun in. Thats just an extreme example but it shows how the card could be used against you in conjunction with a national database ... and it could very well turn into a situation where every purchase you make that your card will be scanned and everything you buy will be on record.

Frankly, I do find this all too scary. However, I am not completely against it. I feel this is the way all modern countries are going to go. Presently, I do carry my complete ID with me everywhere I go and I don't understand why so many people are so offended by having to show ID for things like drivers licenses, insurance, renting, job applications, credit applications, opening bank accounts, applying for welfare or employment insurance, trying to get care at a hospital, registering for school, voting in government elections, being pulled over by a cop, being audited by the IRS, etc. I think people should be prepared to produce ID for these things and it is not imposing on human rights to do so. It is for our own protection, to protect against ID theft and credit fraud. If you dislike having to carry all of your ID, then take photocopies of some major pieces and carry them with you, knowing that you may then have to produce the originals, if asked. However, yes, I feel there is going to be a chip in one piece of ID down the road that we will all have to use for everything, right down to buying groceries. I do not care for this for the purpose of businesses tracking our shopping habits, though. Heck, way ahead in the future, not in my lifetime of course, I believe every infant will have a chip implanted at the time of birth. Now that is scarey!

It's real!!!! In fact company's have admitted to putting rf chips in their products. Lauren Weinstein an expert in survallience and spying actually showed one of these chips on his website. It's the size of a grain of rice and company's can track who buys there product, when, and other things. The company can direct their advertising to you knowing you bought one of their products.
And conservative's want us to eventually have them implantedhttp://www.infowars.com/cashless_society.htm#rfid

They know that people will be against it at first, however with SCARE TACTICS being used our government will say "we need them for national security". They will say we will be safer if they can track down those who are breaking the law.
Sounds great for murderers or child molesters, however we all no that if you give our government an inch they'll take a mile. They'll start off small like for rapists. But then it will move on to illegal gun owners, to drunk drivers, to domestic violence people, to pot smokers, to rowdy college kids, to the guy who didn't fill out the paper work to put a deck on his front porch. It will start small untill Uncle Sam keeps on taking our liberty's away, and before you know it everybody will have a chip. And it will have your whole history including bank account. You won't be able to buy or sell without this chip.
So if Uncle Sam doesn't like you he can shut you off. If Bush doesn't like that your an anti-war protester you'll be shut down. Your life will be in the governments hands aka George Orwells 1984. This will be the last step for a police like state that Bush has been pushing for, remember it's for "national security.
Texas will soon have rfid chips put into license plates. When you drive by a cop your speed, life history, criminal record, even your address will come up on their computer screen. So if you got caught with pot 10 years ago expect your car to be searched. Drunk driving 20 years ago, expect to be pulled over about 5 times a day.
BIG BROTHER IS WATCHING!!!!

Well I guess we will all just go to jail then. I hope jail is nicer then it was 10 years ago... BTW I am sorta in jail already its called having a mental illness and having everything done for you because they dont think you can do it yourself... And I will admit some of the stuff I cant do myself but the only way to cope is to find new things you can do. Like spread msgs of lies/truth over the net and hope wise people figure out them... I dont fear death but I dont temp it either so I am willing to say pretty much anything that comes to mind almost ;)

in NAZI germany youhad to carry your "papers" on you at all times.this is the same thing they are just giving it a different name and trying to convince everyone that it is needed to "protect us from terrorists". it has already been proven the ID's can be faked. and yes they are working to implant chips in every human being. they are currently trying to put RF chips into all animals. its called the national animal ID program or something like that. once they get that done they will start the campaign to chip you and me. again it will be promoted as "for your protection".

Undocumented immigrants frequently end as lowly shape workers, caregivers, gardeners, lawnmowers, carpenters and so on. those are jobs that individuals don’t prefer to do. Deport all of them and what could ensue to u . s . a .? a usa of filthy grannies residing on grassy previous properties?
