check the ground wire on youre head lights,usualy behind headlights,black wire connected to body. cam would not make youre lights flickerat road speeds.if it was the dash lights to then i would say its youre alternater going out.

headlight switch if you have the pull knob. otherwise check the wires from the main fuse box. turn you lights on in park and see if it does it,if not then its a loose wire moving around at the fuse box or a loose ground. loose wires and grounds are great for that.

then the light is probably loose and it needs to be tightened up light when you are on the interstate and huge trucks looks like they are flickering their light it's just that they are loose ~~~~Good Luck

it sounds like the bulb is lose or you have a short somewhere, the cam may have made the bulb vibrate lose

mounting probems behind or around the headlights. or perhaps you have a short to ground in your electircal system if you mean they flick off and on.
