Ummm... I think you mean "computer phobe", not fob. But now that that is cleared up:
Why don't you surf around a bit and find things you think you both would like and thencut & paste it into an email & send her a recipe or two for starters. Make it fun. ("Hey, Honey, look at this... sounds yummy and blah, blah, blah...") Then send her a link (instead of the cut & paste) once she gets the hang of that... sit down with her and show her a few recipe sites. There's a ton out there.
Also, sit down with her and watch food network together, maybe she'll find a show or a cook that she really likes and she would want to go to their website or the food network site. Paula Deen has her own site and it's fabulous just like her TV show!
Good luck!

Epicurious is also a great online resource. It's the first site I visit when I want to find a recipe for something. There are "fork ratings" and comments by people who have tried the recipe before.

You could cook her dinner from a recipe you found online and bring it up over dinner. The foodnetwork has some great recipes and most are on an easy level.

I always go on the computer for new recipes... its the best way to find anything. just google what you want to be in it. Its a very good way not to get boring with your cooking. Just show her google... and have her try it once...

well maybe you should just be patient with her, and let her decide on what she feels is best for her. You can not make her.
