The chain did not start in AZ. It started in Las Vegas, NV. They just opened restaurant iin AZ, though. It is actually in Scottsdale, AZ, across the street from the main part of Fashion Square Mall. I've been there for lunch and the food was really good. I had the chicken nachos and they were the best ever!! Cool atmosphere, too!

Pink taco is the bomb.
Some franchise sites are a bit too sure of themselves and the service shows the attitude, but fot the most part, yum yum and margueritas out of this planetoid.

Started in Las Vegas. It's alright. Mexican food on south central is the real stuff though - not that chain stuff.

ive never been to the pink taco, or heard of it, but it sounds cool, im gonna try it if i ever see it.

I ate at the one in the hard rock hotel in vegas I thought it was pretty good
