This is a home-made one :

Peach Blueberry Pancake Syrup

1 cup sliced fresh peaches
1 cup fresh blueberries
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened apple juice
dash of ground nutmeg

Combine 1/2 cup peaches, 1/2 cup blueberries and remaining ingredients in a
small saucepan. Bring to a boil; then reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 15
minutes. Add remaining fruit, stirring well. Serve warm over pancakes or
waffles.

Of the maple syrups, I like Aunt Jemima.

Otherwise my favorite is Knotts Berry Farm's strawberry syrup.

Cary's Maple syrup.
It comes in a little 8-oz bottle, enough for only four servings. But once you try it, you'll never go back to the larger bulk-filled bottles.

When I was a kid, I loved Log Cabin. I think they changed the formula somewhere along the line.

Log cabin sucks. I prefer Aunt J and Hungry Jack. Those are to die for.

All of the brands you listed are OKAY. They are massed produced and have a lot of additives that do nothing for the flavor. The next time you are at the grocery store, look for a brand that is not well known, usually comes in a glass bottle. It might be a little more expensive, but totally worth the extra cash.

Either maple syrup or Crown brand corn syrup. But if I'm in the mood for something not so sweet, I like molasses.
