Yes, because you can have nothing but good intentions and it lead to bad choices. People do things that end up hurting others with the best of intentions. Its your actions that the focus should be on not the intentions behind them. The road to hell is a wide and open path.

NO. that statement would depend primarily on 2 key things:
1. good intentions, more often than not, somehow end with bad results
2. Heaven/Hell exist
since neither of those are true, so i dont agree with it.

Yes though not necessarily in a literal sense meaning Hellfire in brimstone. One can make their life a living hell by good intentions.. While good intent is nice it is not always looked kindly upon i.e. telling a friend you saw their boyfriend/girlfriend cheating on them

Very true. One creates their own hell right here on earth. Good intentions not followed through on can produce incredible guilt in a person of conscience.

Yes - in part because many people fall into the trap of "the ends justify the means". Soon people working for a "good" cause start using questionable means because it is for the higher good.
