1st Corinthians, chapter 6, verse 9: "do not be deceived, neither the impure, nor the immoral, nor the swindlers, nor adulterers, nor those who participate in homosexuality, nor idolaters, nor drunkards, nor foulmouthed revilers and slanderers, nor extortioners or robbers will inherit or have any share in the kingdom of God".
This is from the Amplified Bible translation.

It is 1 Corinthians 6:9- but please do utilize in the proper context. Paul was using it to rebuke the Corinthian church into not reverting back to behaviors which they first practiced before they came to know Christ.
If you're looking for proof text concerning homosexuality i would utilize Romans chapter 1.
Hope that helps,
Nickster

All sin is forgivable therefore a person who participates in a "homosexual" act would still be eligible for eternal life had they accepted Christ as their savior. They should confess their sin and repent to avoid further earthly consequences of their sinful way.

Lev 20:13 If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.
Strait from the bible. Now I will tell you that many gay and lesbians use the love of 2 men in the bible in a twisted fashion, yet their love is like siblings not as lovers.
For Jonathan was Sauls son and he once looked at David as his son and Jonathan as a brother.
This scripture is where they claim their right. Can you see where they claim and what see we do as the relationship as brotherly not lovers...
1Sa 18:1 And it came to pass, when he had made an end of speaking unto Saul, that the soul of Jonathan was knit with the soul of David, and Jonathan loved him as his own soul.
1Sa 18:2 And Saul took him that day, and would let him go no more home to his father's house.
1Sa 18:3 Then Jonathan and David made a covenant, because he loved him as his own soul.
1Sa 18:4 And Jonathan stripped himself of the robe that was upon him, and gave it to David, and his garments, even to his sword, and to his bow, and to his girdle.
1Sa 19:1 And Saul spake to Jonathan his son, and to all his servants, that they should kill David.
1Sa 19:2 But Jonathan Saul's son delighted much in David: and Jonathan told David, saying, Saul my father seeketh to kill thee: now therefore, I pray thee, take heed to thyself until the morning, and abide in a secret place, and hide thyself:
1Sa 19:3 And I will go out and stand beside my father in the field where thou art, and I will commune with my father of thee; and what I see, that I will tell thee.
1Sa 19:4 And Jonathan spake good of David unto Saul his father, and said unto him, Let not the king sin against his servant, against David; because he hath not sinned against thee, and because his works have been to thee-ward very good:
