but he is my brothers friend and i have known him for 3 years now and he is at my house almost every day and i think he flirts with me because he always smiles at me and it seems lik he is trying to make me laugh

Relaxxx...nothing is sexier than having the self confidence to put yourself out there for something (or someone) that you want. Personally, I would play it cool. If it was meant to be love, it will happen. Love takes time. What if you told this guy and he didn't feel the same way -- he could have felt the same way if you gave him time. Sometimes men aren't as quick to be in love as women are. Be low key -- make him want you.

To love someone is to know everything about them like , there needs ect..
I f you wanna know how he feels for you just let him know that you have strong feelings for him but don't freak him out by telling him that you love him

I know I'm in love with some one when nothing they do could turn me off. I knew i loved my boyfriend from the first time i layed eyes on him, Ask him out to coffe then give him your number then let him ask you out only. just non chalantly hang out with him, don't tell him you love him you are making yourself seen to available, let him chase you men love to chase it is their natural instinct, if they see a dead deer in front of their doorstep they will walk right over it, they want to chase, well most of them
