what would you consider the term "smart dress consist of"

is this for homework or for a job interview? Usually closed toe dress shoes. Black is the best color, and a dark skirt and blouse with jacket, solid color.

A dress that flatters your figure is a smart dress. I don't like dresses that emphasize rolls, cellulite or bad areas. I like ones that make you look slim in the waist and curvy in all the right places.

usually in black dress as it look more professional but pastel colours skirt and top also look smart. Hoverever, it depends on the situation that is where you are going to wear it. it must flatter your figure and make you feel at ease
