Some transexuals are that way by choice, while others have actual chemical imbalances or brain structure that cause them to be that way. Some men and women have abnormal behavior because of chemicals being sent out in unbalanced amounts, causing sexual confusion. To make the generalization that all transexuals chose to be that way would be insulting to the few that have no choice.

That is also the question of, Why the Earth is not straight but rather sphere shaped? This world can't be all perfect or else Earth would've been STRAIGHT and Columbus would had never been popular. It's just those twist and turns that he wants to add into his little creation.

He didn't, transsexuals get that way by surgery. Hermaphrodites are born that way. As to why God did that, every human has different trials to endure they are tailored to the needs of your soul. It's the reason we are here.

God created man,[and woman]. man decided to be many things, of his own volition because God endowed him with the faculty of choice. it is called free will. why did God create trans -sexuals? I guess your next question will be why did god create muslims? or jews? or christians? or thieves? people choose to be what they are and God does not interfere. If He did you would be asking ; WHY?
