I love the look of a platform bed and i am considering purchasing one in the next few weeks. But I am worried that this bed will end up making me hate it.
My bed already is just a box spring and a mattress on the floor and to be honest I LOVE IT ( box spring broke about a year ago so I had to ditch the plain frame), but I am scared like the mattress will slide on the platform. I am a wild sleeper and I know you dont want to hear this but you know what else goes on in a bed...I do not want the mattress and us to end up on the floor.
So does anyone have any experience with one?

i have had a few different platform beds in my life and they all work just fine. they all have a frame around the bed that holds the mattress in place. it works for wild sleeping ;-}. I'm also a wild sleeper and i have never had a problem. good luck sweet dreams.

we put our bed on drawers that were for a waterbed and it doesn't move at all & my husband has restless leg syndrome.
