No, it probably won't go away eventually, but you might go away.
My brother forgot his headaches and thought they were from tension and died of a brain cancer it was too late to treat.
Some things will go away by themselves but most will come back to bite you bigger and harder to solve than ever.

No, it doesn't work like that. I've tried and I had to give in to it. Now it has overtaken my whole being, so I control it other ways.......not very good either but I hope it helps for all concerned.......
