Everyone feels down in the dumps once in a while. It's normal to have those feelings. If you don't focus only on the problems, you start to see the good things again.

We all have a purpose in life and every second of the day we aren't going to be aware of it. But I am sure there are moments in your life that you can look back and say if I hadn't been there.... Find a hobby. Find something you love to do and do it. Or find God. Develop your relationship with God, and when you have troubles ask Him what you should do. Volunteer. Use your time to help others. Start a community softball team or some other kind of team. Don't ever wish to die. Always wish to live another day so you can meet another person whom you can love and learn from and teach.

i to have felt this way. I have felt this way up until I had my daughter which has given me a much better feeling about life for some odd reason. I know this world is trying and awlful and people are mean. You just need to find something worth living for. Make the world a better place. Find something deep inside of you and mustar up the courage to live. Volenter you time to children the elderly at a nursing home. Something. Anything that can make you feel like you are making a difference in this tangled world.

I understand what you are feeling, but it is depression you are feeling. If you can't get it under control, you may need a medication for it. Stay as active as you can or keep your mind busy with something. If you are a Christian please pray and hand your depression to God. He will help you if you talk to him daily about it. Life is hard at times, but at least you realize your blessings and you will receive many, many more.
I am going through a lot in my life right now and I would not have made it this far without Jesus beside me through the whole situation. You don't have to go to church to have Jesus in your life. He is there for you every minute.
Bless you!

I know how you feel. I'm sorry, I know it's tough. You are not without purpose. Do you know how many people out there will feel down, like you do now? You can be that someone who lifts them up. I always run into people who are down, and I can help them because I know how it feels. I know that it's not helping for them to sit and stew about how rough they have it. I try to be cheerful and just be a friend. I started to do this at church (a single's congregation): Every time I see someone sitting alone, or someone new, I sat by them. Every time. As they would meet someone, get married and leave, they would always thank me for being the one who helped them feel welcome. I know I have a purpose in life, even it's to be with people so they don't feel alone.

Dear Friend:
Sometimes these feelings are caused by basically a chemical problem in the brain. It could be also that you simply do not now have a spiritual focus. But please try to dismiss these thoughts. You belong fully to humankind, and here you must stay until God directs otherwise. You are not alone in any real sense. People are around you, and you are connected in ways that cannot be measured. Try to find an occupation that you really enjoy. Also, try to find a religious or spiritual practice that helps you to feel at peace with yourself and God, and also allows the opportunity to socialize. God bless you.

Everyone feels that way sometimes. Just remember everything you have to live for. As long as you don't feel that way all the time, don't stress too much. If you start having these feelings more often and/or start feeling like you need to act on them, call a helpline or a therapist. You can usually find a good helpline in the front of your phone book.

There are many things believed to cause this. Mostly it is ELF, (Electromagnetic Low Frequency) in cell phone towers. I am not going to tell you what to do cause I could be sued if you die. So I am sorry I can not answer your question any further. All I can say is, the government (illuminati) may be responsible. Now it won't say it in wikipedia but I know that is is true.

And what is your question. I have also felt that way! Sometimes we all get run down and tired..........need to re-energize and take stock on what you have that is positive. Have some down time and do something no pressure.......positive for YOU! Remind yourself of all the things that make you happy your alive! Life is a gift...........but sometimes we are too tired to play! so take a rest and get back to the space you need to be in to want to live. And dying isn't the end of all........it's just a change in being.........you go back to your spiritual self. Just very natural. Maybe you are just in need of some kind of change in your life! something to consider! Good luck and I hope you feel better!
