i used to see a beautiful girl at church , i am very much attracted to her ,and i think she too is attracted towards me
i have spotted her many times , gazing at me but if our eyes happen to lock she will pull off. i used to see her almost frequently , may be at bus stop or at streets , but i havent talked to her yet . i have been loosing sleep over that . pls help

Tell her honestly that you are interested in her, that you would like to get to know her, blah, blah, blah; however you want to phrase it to her.
It sounds like you're both pretty good people, and I can assure you, being honest with her is the best policy you can pursue. Dude: this might very well be the hardest thing you ever have to do in your whole life... but one which might have the most dramatic effect on your life too. Find a local event that you and she might be interested in and...get yer balls up and...walk right up to her and ask her if she'd like to go with you! This might take weeks of preparation but I can assure you that if you can find the nerve to do it, your life will never be the same. Seems to me she's willing... and that's more than half the battle. You're standing on the edge of the cliff... jump off man... the trip is awesome!
