Why everytime when I have start to go into a deep trance to start the projection something in my room makes a loud noise, like the wall creaking or some other loud quick abrupt noise happens? anywone have this who practices astral projection?

Ive read astral dynamics and accourding to Robert Bruce there is no chance of possession from astral projection. The room I am is totally quiet untill I start to slip into the hypnotic stage of borderline sleep/awake state. Then creeks and such happen

I have had the same problems, except the minute I let go or begin to get to the astral point I get scared and wake up. Its a weired feeling, maybe its you or maybe you could try a quieter place. I have heard that when we leave our bodies real fast or come back in the same way we can here a noise, I don't know why, I have also heard that sleep paralysis could be caused at times by waking up when one is not totally back in their body. I wish I could help more, interesting question, cant wait to hear some of the answers.

You need to learn to focus and not be distracted by simple mundane things put on music if that helps and just tell your mind not to acknowledge creaks and groans for a set amount of time

Astral projection is dangerous - and it sounds like you do not have the discipline to get too far right now.
You can not know everything that is out there is the astral realm, but I know that there are dangerous things there and that is why I do not practise it myself anymore - too many bad experiences.

Those are demonic forces in your room friend, it will happen alot around you. I have had similar experiences, only by turning to Jesus and the Bible was i delivered from it. ASTRAL PROJECTION IS APART OF THE NEW AGE MOVEMENT!!!.
The new age movement incorporates so many Satanic themes it just isn't funny, or at all safe to get involved with.

It's angelic forces preventing the demons from entering your body from all the new age satanisim in disquise you're doing.

my husband and i used to do it. but its not a good thing. its opening a demonic or bad spiritual door. i used to dream travel and discovered that it also is not a good thing for it also opens the same doors. be careful. i am a christian now and i still know how to do both but choose to be safe instead for you can loose yourself while traveling. i know its true. hubby nearly lost himself. he walked into a room of ladders that lead to danger.
