Out of no where really attractive girls have been coming up to me to talk about my self I am the shyest person you'll ever meet especially to girls since I've never experianced it and I got no practice and I am afraid if I dont do any thing about this they wiill start to not like me agian any way to get self confidence up real fast? And I already tell me self all the time that I am the koolest thing ever and can do this and it dont work :( I just freeze up and am screaming inside yet my body is frozen.

Before you go out for the day look in the mirror and repeat after me, "I'm The Man!" Say it enough times like you mean it and you'll start to believe it. It is basic behavioral psychology.
Edit: Visualize one of these encounters you've had but instead of freezing up imagine you said all the right things with only pleasant reactions happening.

I would say most s don't like shy guys because they're scared to make the first move, etc. You say you have no experience, well then practice talking to them. The only way to be NOT SHY around s is to have confidence & just be yourself.. s like that. I'm sure you're really cute...practice, smile and you'll do fine!

I think you not some practice to gain confidence. You should make practice to talk with your family females like sister, mother and other family relatives in lenghty. You can also take help of them and try to start dating with their know and i think you surely resolve this problem and come out as a brave hero.....Ok
