holy crap it's true,......even reading the joke I was like "what did the dentist do to deserve that?"
Funny, but sad as well
and the best part (I know it's a joke and I'm reading too much into it, BUT) that being a Muslim is a religious thing, so technically they could be kiling a mixture of muslims, buddists, hindus, pretty much anything unless they stopped and interviewed everyone before killing them
