I was just wondering, my mother told me the other day, but i never knew if it was true.

nope. each hair strand grows out of one follice. If you pull one strand out, one will grow back

In a way yes, If you pull it out,by the time it grows back, you are older and more is going to grow due to aging. No, due to follicle growth...although I have seen close up( under a microscope) that several hairs can grow out of one follicle hole, there is only one hair per follicle.

I think that fact is true. The reason why I think that this fact is true because I pulled alot from my sister hair .Then all sudden she has alot gray one spot on her hair.

Umm I don't think so... It might seem like it since you're taking time to pull them out and you see them grow back.. but you will grow more no matter what.
