Have you been to a party? What is your favorite product? What was the best recipe demonstrated, as far as demo and taste goes?

I've been to many parties. My favorite product (and most used) is my baking stone. One of the best recipes was a shrimp appetizer I tried last summer (I don't remember what it was called sorry) but it had garlic and some other spices. I was great.
I didn't really care for that party very much because the rep made the people at the party do all the work and we didn't get to relax very much. I like watching them use the products better. If I had a question about how to use something, I'd ask and I'd bet money they'd let me try it out. But I didn't appreciate doing this woman's job for her.
Anyway....(sorry, tangent) I like a lot of Pampered Chef products and recipes. I have found similiar items in stores for cheaper though!

I am a Pampered Chef consultant, and I love it! The products are awesome, it's fun and flexible, and a great way to earn some extra money on the side.

Besides the business opportunity, my favorite thing the company offers is the cookware; it's the best in the industry.

There's lots of great recipes that I've tried, but it seems like my most requested is the Lemon Herb Chicken Ring. For the demo, it was great because it demonstrated a variety of products that customers could try. Taste is great, and it's really easy to make.

Are you a consultant? Or a host? Or just curious?

My mom did pampered chef for a while. My favorite product by far is the pizza stone. I use it for nearly everything that goes in the oven! Chopper is pretty handy too. They have lots of great stuff. Favorite recipe is the broccoli ham ring. Don't know if they still make that for demos or not but it's pretty darn good. Even my brother eats it, and he hates broccoli.

One person mentioned finder similar products that cost less. My experience has been you get what you pay for. The cheaper products are cheaply made and tend to fall apart or otherwise not work as well. Just my experience :)

I really like pampered chef products. I have several items that were given to me as a wedding gift that I still have, 5 years later, and they're in perfect shape. I've been to a party and they demonstrated some type of brownie. I love chocolate, so it was a big hit for me!

I've been to several parties. I love their products.

One of my very favorites is their food chopper; perfect for onions. I had one of their early models and it had finally worn out; I replaced it with a Kitchen Aid and I hate it!!

They have a great measuring cup/batter bowl; I think they come in two sizes. I have the smaller one. I think it holds up to 4 cups. You can microwave a bag of frozen veggies in it with no problem. I like it because it has a nice handle and a snap on lid.

Their utensils are great and are perfect for non-stick cookware. VERY durable. The wooden spoons are nice and don't stain like others. The spatulas are pretty nice but are pricey.

I can't remember much about the food, to be honest; the person who hosted the parties I went to the most also fixed a ton of food for us, and I don't remember now what she fixed and what the PC lady fixed. At the very last party I attended, the alcohol was flowing, and I didn't even remember what I ordered when I went home, let alone the food!!

The party's are kinda weird but the product is fabulous. I esspecially like the bar pan, the mini spatula, and the rubber spatulas. The best recipe I ever saw was a fruit pizza that was done on the bar pan with a chocolate crumb crust

Yes, been to a party. They aren't selling the recipes, they're selling the PRODUCTS used to make, or store, or serve the recipes. If you have no knowledge of the workings of a kitchen, don't go.
