yes, this is a theory and belief in the black culture just like i think drugs were created to kill africans. i mean aids and drugs are INFESTED in the urban areas like they grow on trees or something. whoever brought aids and drugs to africans did a hell of a job! you are not silly to ask this question because it has been around for a very long long time.

no it is just an unfortunate disease that is so popular in africa because of their poor conditions and large population it spreads quickly because of their sharing needles with injections, and lack of medical supplies and treatment,. I also think they have little knowledge of how to prevent the spread of aids
