O negative can be used BY everyone...this is why it's called the universal donor.
AB positive can get blood FROM everyone...this is why it's called the universal recipient.

Only O negative can donate to all other blood types.
Conversely, AB+ can receive from all other blood types.

That is correct, but I see several people were wrong about this. I am O+, so I am in demand as a donor to everyone. Negative can cause problems with babies.
