for thighs-climbing stairs and leg lifts do help.i've been there and done that.good results but it will be a long process so u hafta persevere.

You should incorporate some weight training in your exercise program. Use a weight you can lift 15-20 times. This will help you tone your muscles in those areas. Unfortunately you can't lose weight from specific areas.
