I grew up in a male dominated family with a domineering father and a highly submissive mother. I have communication problems. Though I know that I am talking to people who are not judging me, I tend to be too careful and say things for which I repent later. In other words, I want to be natural. I have been quite succesful in other aspects of life but this one.

you shud go around with your friends, read good books, hav some gud mails, participate in activities that help you in your speech, jus go on dont think abt what will happen in case you have done any mistakes no probs after all we are human beings bond to make mistakes. be confident abt watever things you do it rightly think twice before you do so that later on you repent. do everything you like so that in future when you think abt the past you feel happy abt things you have done & dont regret on things you were not able to do. so jus go on where life takes you.
dare to dream that you are a wonderful person, unique person. learn that life is not a problem to solve, but a gift to be cherished.and you'll be able to stay one up on what used to get you down.the bottom line is, if you want to be something in life, it depends only on you...... your thoughts, your power of persistence.

This is a common problem in our INdian families.Best way to deal with such problems are to involve your self in more productive work and /or start reading books which hels to improve your personality and improve your confidence to dealwith such problem. i have always tried to face my fears in life by directly getting involved in things from which i am scared the most.It helps a lot
,the first few days are the hardest and after a couple of days i laugh at the things i was sactred of.Try this

join a club or a sports team. I tend to talk alot and act more carefree when I'm doing something fun. Just do something you like.

Think positive. Dont think that someone will think some thing about you, when you do any things.
