while you were standing and out of nowhere you lose your balance or get really dizzy? What the hell is that all about?

I'm not 100% positive, but I beleive its due to lack of oxygen and/or the blood moving too quckly from your brain. when one stretches, the muscles need more oxygen, so the blood flows there from brain - where lots of blood is stored -and sent to the muscles and there isn't enough oxygen in the blood stream. Just take some breaths, and you'll be fine. Try not to fall ... okay? YOu can get hurt.

The blood is rushing away from your brain too quickly to stretch muscles... which causes you to become dizzy from lack of blood in your head. (= Same thing happens if you stand up too fast.

i get it all the time. it is when you suddenly stand up usually and you get a light headed sensation and sort of dizzy. i have been told that this is from a rush of blood to your head.
