very healthy unless you are on a low/no carb diet...try putting a little peanut butter and honey on them for breakfast...it really kick starts your day.

Since rice cakes are made with rice they are loaded with starch and starchy foods are not good when you are trying to diet. You would be better off eating crackers with peanut butter. Starches are full of "empty" calories. Starchy foods don't "stick to your ribs" for very long. Whereas peanut butter has calories in it but it is full of protein and other things that are good for you. Just don't eat half the jar. Eat four or five crackers with peanut butter or try fresh vegetables or fresh fruit.

I think so, at first I didn't like them, but now I do and the calories are right too. So instead of grabbing a handful of nuts, you can eat 2-3 cakes. They have a much better variety now.

I don't think they are actually GOOD for you but it is more like they are less bad than most other quick snacks. I tried one the other day for the first time, I think it was white cheddar, it was ok. I think it was stale but then again maybe that's how they are, lol. I could see how it would be better to grab one of those instead of a bag of chips, tho.

Well, they are healthier than most snacks, they aren't fattening. You can get a lot of them that don't taste bland. The cheddar flavored ones are good, so are the caramel and the apple cinnamon.

I'm not sure if they're healthy. They don't have much in them except air. They're not unhealthy for sure but I wouldn't replace them for regular food. Then it wouldn't be healthy unless you're really on a diet but you should eat foods with real nutrients in them too.

Yes - they are also very filling (drink them with water - the rice will expand in your stomach and trick your mind into feeling full).
