Ive been going out with my girlfriend now for about 10 months and I want to get her a nice ring but just as a gift not indicating marriage or any thing. Is this a good idea? Would she like something like that?

Yes. Just explain to her that it is just a gift and not a indication of marriage. Also, make sure you present it in a way so that she cant mistake it as an engagement ring.

It depends on the age, girl and actual ring. you choose.
If she likes jewelry then I would say something simple in the color stone she likes would be nice. Have you thought about a necklace though? Rings can get a little touchy for some....
If you are both under the age of 18, I say no rings yet.
But more than likely, she will love whatever thoughtful thing you do!

Yes, she probably would like it, but I wouldn't get her anything with a diamond in it, unless it is being used as an accent. That can insinuate that you may be proposing if it is the main diamond. Maybe get her a ring with her birthstone in it. That would be the safest thing to do so there won't be any confusion. If her birthstone happens to be a diamond, get a ring that doesn't look like a engagement ring. Maybe you make the stone into a heart shape or something like that. Good luck.

It's a nice idea but you're better off getting her something else then a ring ..Better off getting her a bracelet or a ear rings a ring is something personnel it may freak her out..

It would be a nice gift. To show her you're committed, but just make sure you tell her your intentions so she doesn't get the wrong idea.

Yeah-its called a promise ring. Ofcourse she will love it! My bf gave me one for our 1 yr anniversary years ago and I still wear it, ive never taken it off. Anything from you she will love.

omg sh would love it. my ex boyfriend did that for me and i was about to cry. we arent going out anymore but we still love each other extremely. we talk everyday! but yah she will really love it and will mean the world!
