People who think its annoying are looses. Are you waware that some popel write in caps because they cant see well. If you take it as yelling, thats your problem. It doesnt bother me. and i am not about to wate energy getting mad at someone for it.

People use caps on the internet to indicate that they're yelling the text. I don't know how that got started, but people have been using caps this way for years, so if you write in caps a lot of people think you are e-yelling at them, and they don't like that. It's considered rude.

For some people it feels like they are being hollered at when everything is in caps. But I've had some folks say that it's the only way they can see well enough to ask/answer questions.

When I use caps lock, it's to get a point accross. I try not to offend anyone...but that's just me.

I don't get it too! I sometimes use CAPS to draw attention to that particular word in the sentaence. I have to GO now :-)

It is offensive because it is considered "shouting" in the computer world. It also looks tacky.
