There are a few types of promise rings
one is between couples, a guy could get one for his girlfriend, a girl could get one for her boyfriend, or they could exchange them together. The promise is meant to signify whatever you want basically (it is important to be clear about what you are promising) but most often used as a promise saying you love the person and would like to marry them some day but you are not ready for an engagement.
one kind is from parents to their children that signifies abstinence until marriage.
friends can also exchange promise rings to signify their friendship is meant to last forever

flying bumbled bee sounds like a poor lil kid wow dont listen to ppl like that or youll end up with green fungus hair! umm promise ring is pretty much what its called. You make a promise to someone and you keep it by holding on to that special little ring.

well i guess it sorta depends on your religion or something like that. See, like, my friend is the biggest christian that you will ever meet. Ne ways, he gave his girlfriend a promis ring saying that he would be with her forever and stay a virgin untill marriage. But if you dont want to stay a vrgin untill marriage, a promise ring can just say that you want to be with that person for the rest of your life. So in other words, its sorta like a wedding ring BEFOR you get married.

It very nice to have from the one you love or like at an early age. This happends normally to 14 and 16 year old girls. Its a ring that says I like you., you are my MAIN girl
it doesnt mean he will be faithfull DONT EVER BELIEVE SOMEONE WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL NEVER BREAK YOUR HEART no one is perfect and thats how women get messed up believing that their boyfiend will never cheat because he said he wouldn't
it means he will try to be there for you when you need him and he really likes you alot

i think its a promis 2 god that u r faithul in him (my friend has 1 and she's reaaly younge and not married but wears it on her left ring finger) well umm thats all i gotta say bout it
