yes it does. put some mixed with water in a spray bottle, spray on hair, and blow dry or lay in the sun/tanning bed. some other natural color for hair is henna powder, or a rinse in coffee can make it darker..

Yes it does and its healthier then bleaching or highlighting with chemicals, I use it whenever I am going out in the sun! It gives me the PERFECT highlights!
I also used to use Lemonade koolaid with a little bit of water(Wet a strand of hair and then rub in the dry koolaid color) if its winter and you cant go in the sun...or in my wacky days I did all kinds of koolaid colors...lol!

it does "if" your hair is already light to begin with. it can make the hair orange/red tint to it if you have darker color hair, but with lemon it usually does nothing to darker hair...it can make your hair dry though, whether dark or light!!!
