it seems having the "model" legs to most people i know
comes naturally to them. strangely it doesn't to me.
i've starved myself randomly over the past years and it doesn't help.
instead the upperhalf of my body would become slender
but my bottom half would remain unchanged...
actually as most people know, result of starving is
fat storing on the body, which in my case happened to occur on the legs.
is it lack of an active lifestyle?...i participate in sports daily.
but it only increases the muscle build, which is ok but not really.
i mean i'm 5"3 and 110 lbs, even though my top half looks fit
but my legs make me look like 150 lbs or something,

it seems hopeless. how can i have slender legs?

You say you play sports... but how often do you run?
And I don't mean a little jog around the field because your soccer coach makes you.
I had that problem until this last summer when I started running a couple miles a day.
Starving yourself won't work either because when you do that, you're metabolism slows to conserve energy, thus making you not lose weight.
