Just wondering is there any other 4~5 star hotels in Thailand charge additonal amount for guest (girl) entering our rooms after midnite??

Most of the hotels will charge you if you have a bar-girl with you home. They will use all opportunity to drive most money out out of you if they can.
If you are so afraid of that, then next time check in - in some of the better guesthouses who don't care at all, even you take 10 girl with you.

what do you mean by stating "girl guest"? just call it by name!
and the logic answer is: the hotel is providing extra services, it should not give it away.your "guest" are using the toilet, she's taking shower (unless you like it dirty) and using towel (unless you like it wet) so y shouldn't you pay extra?
