A focus on the job at hand, the responsibility that they actually carry within the business atmosphere they are in charge of. Also the knowledge of the limitation's of their worker's and how to compensate for such limitation's to get the job done. The ability to rate good working skills shown by an employee. Ability to respond to tense situation's with a positive outcome. The ability to rid the work environment of thieves and people who out right abuse the working time on the job. It is one thing to enjoy your work atmosphere and another to abuse it and not follow your job position as professionally as possible.

They should have strong leadership skillls, as well as being opionionated, and level-headed. They should know how to give good advice and be counselors and guide the workers by giving them tips and help when they need it. They should also be calm and patient... probably speak English... that would be good.... ;)
