Spend some quality time with her to get her attention on doing things with you rather than her doing things to annoy you in order to grab your attention. Maybe she is just bored. sorry for the crumby parenting you are both getting! good parents would have taught you both: love, respect, boundaries, loyalty, friendship, etc.
