I'm 15, I exercise a lot (I swim 5 days a week). most adults women I looked at including my coach who's suppose to be one of the best swimmers in our region overall has fat arms. Does anyone has any way to keep them looking thin?

not sure but exercise should do it.

There is a physical therapy machine that works like bicycle pedals for the arms. It would do a great job if you can find a gym that has one.

lift lots of little weights for a long time and that should keep them toned and nice! :)
