it would be best for you to tell him. i guess he wouldn't get mad or be unimpressed with what you did since you did it as a favor

I would probably tell him if you are a true friend. I would just explain to him that when you get the chance you will come and fix the door. You never know, he may say it looks fine just the way it is but at least you won't have to live with knowing it is upside down and you never told.

if this were ur door. n whether he tells u he's impressed or not, someone is going to point out that it's upside down. n he's gonna be embarassed. i think u should get ur son or ur brother, someone to help u n get there n fix it. u said the window is at the bottom of the door ?? hopefully u don't tell him that when u explain that u gotta flip the door. he'll be embarrassed for u. just cuz they're old don't mean they're not sharp.

the window is on the bottom? how could you not figure that out before putting it in and putting in a door takes a half hour max an I'm in a wheelchair
I'd say next time you go to his place tell him you notice something is wrong with the door and you need to sand it or do alittle touch up painting something stupid like that and put it back correctly

He will be even more impress with ur honesty. Tell him the truth but if u feel that it is safe and secure and no harm can come out of it...reassure him it will be allllllright....even if it is upside down :P

Go and explain what happened and apologize and say you will fix it when you have the time. My guess is that he just does not, or would not, care if it were inside out as long as it worked. Don't sell yourself short. Good job. LOL

Well, don't be hiddin it from im', mate. Ye need to not be keepin things from yer friends. A friend you can trust is worth his weight in gold. Ye want to be worth it, don't ye? Aye, so either fix the problem or not, but either way, I advise you let your mate in on it. Honesty be a true treasure in these hard times.

You must fix the problem..you will be a bigger man for doing what is right than just letting him discover it one day

he probably knows it is upside down and is being kind to you....can't you install it right? How can you take any pride in the job if you know it is bad? Think it over, please.
