I always know when I am going to be spending the night puking because like an hour or so before I am very very thirsty and no matter how much water I drink I am still thirsty. Why does this happen?

I don't know why you would be vomitting so much, but extreme thirst is a call sign of diabetes. You should talk to your doctor about this the next time you see them.

I get the same way and my doctor said that it is my body's way of replenishing itself and fighting off dehydration, especially if you have or had a fever. Drink alot of clear liquids and avoid milk for a few days. Make sure to tell your Dr. just incase there is something wrong.
