Kathy.

Don't worry about it. You understood it right the first time. That dude is a loudmouth atheist. Go to his profile name and look at the questions he has asked. He meant just what he wrote for a reason. He wants to imply God kills for no reason. He has done this many times.

Every one of these people quoting scripture is from where? The Old Testament. hellooooo?
.
Are we living Old Testament?

Will God, take someone out before there time? Yes. This is very clear in Hebrews. He warns you of such action.
God, can extend your life as well and shorten it. In fact. YOU shorten your own, God doesn't do it.

RELAX......... hahahahaa

REJOICE is JESUS CHRIST. :)

your question is hard to understand exactly, but i'll give it a try.

God does not kill.

God allows satan to test us because God believes in us.

but God gives us free choice.

we can choose to do what is right or wrong. either way, there are always consequences. good ones, bad ones.

That person should really just read the bible and think about where they plan on going when they die. I don't understand how a person can Not believe in GOD. it makes my heart sad to believe that Jesus died on the cross for all our sins and in this day and age, people still are ungreatful. ------ Father, forgive them.

God does kill people. It's all throughout the Bible. Look what happened when some people tried to corrupt the newly founded church in Jerusalem.

Acts 5:1 But a man named Ananias, with his wife Sapphira, sold a piece of property, 2 and with his wife's knowledge he kept back for himself some of the proceeds and brought only a part of it and laid it at the apostles' feet. 3 But Peter said, "Ananias, why has Satan filled your heart to lie to the Holy Spirit and to keep back for yourself part of the proceeds of the land? 4 While it remained unsold, did it not remain your own? And after it was sold, was it not at your disposal? Why is it that you have contrived this deed in your heart? You have not lied to men but to God." 5 When Ananias heard these words, he fell down and breathed his last. And great fear came upon all who heard of it. 6 The young men rose and wrapped him up and carried him out and buried him. 7 After an interval of about three hours his wife came in, not knowing what had happened. 8 And Peter said to her, "Tell me whether you sold the land for so much." And she said, "Yes, for so much." 9 But Peter said to her, "How is it that you have agreed together to test the Spirit of the Lord? Behold, the feet of those who have buried your husband are at the door, and they will carry you out." 10 Immediately she fell down at his feet and breathed her last. When the young men came in they found her dead, and they carried her out and buried her beside her husband. 11 And great fear came upon the whole church and upon all who heard of these things.

God says what He means and means what He says. He won't hesitate to kill someone who fails to live up to his express will and bring damage upon the church or thwart his plans by their actions. He does it to teach an object lesson to those who are still left alive.
