Muslims believe in all Messengers of God without any discrimination among them, as every known nation has a Warner or messenger from God. They were chosen by God to teach humanity FROM ALL KINDS and deliver His Divine message. The Qur'an mentions the name of some of them including Jews including Adam, Noah, Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph, Job, Moses, Aaron, David, Solomon, Elias, Jonah, John the Baptist, and Jesus (peace be upon them).

As a Muslim, I 'd say comfortably that Mohamed (Peace Be Upon Him) was sent to all people on earth not only in his time but also in all times after him till the Judgment Day .
Here a question may come to mind, How is he required to invite people to Islam while he's dead?
and the answer is simple, Mohamed (PBUH) left behind the Quran, his biography and Prophetic tradition (Hadith) and all of these three items represent together the perfect system which if we use in our life, it would be a Heaven on the Earth .
And we, Muslims are required to tell people about the true Islam and speak to them about its teachings and give them then the choice whether to join Islam or not.
And this is what happened after his death,
if you read about Islam, you'll find out that I'm telling just the truth.

To the Muslims who say that Allah had sent messengers to ALL tribes and peoples.
Why are they not written down to clarify, since the Qu'ran will be valid for all time, and this kind of information WILL be needed as they will be distorted as time goes by if it is not in the Qu'ran, since people will refer to it for futures to come.
Also, why were they not sent to the Chinese people, or the Inuits in Alaska? Why in Middle East only? The hadith about the Prophet Muhammad saying "Seek knowledge even if it leads to China" is false, when I read up about it (because it might be a possibility that perhaps a Prophet had been sent to China).
Aborigines in Australia and Papa New Guinea have never heard of Islam, either.
It's just very obscure, and I do want to find out. I don't want to get into a religion I don't know well about, or just believe blindly in a religion.

Islam is not for certain people, Islam is for all the people, whoever believes that there is one and only one GOD "ALLAH" and that Mohammed is the messenger of GOD is getting on the road to Islam, ALLAH is the GOD of Adam, Moses, Jonah, Noah, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph, ...., Suleiman, David, Jesus and Mohammed ( excuse me for the chronological order ).
GOD sent his messengers to the Semites ( Arabs and Israelites ), but the message is for all people of earth. That's because the message is transported to other people by followers.
And that's why you see Muslims in Indonesia or in Phillippines for example. And you see Muslims in Africa and Europe.

Actually the Quran says that Allah has sent it's revelation to each and every community/tribe.
By name we know only 4 just like a Hadith (tradition of prophet Muhammed) says that Allah has sent 124000 messengers from the time of Adam to Muhammed but by name there are 25 who's names are mentioned in Quran.
This why we are asked not to insult anyone's religion which I must admit do follow many times and some people do lead me to insulting their faith.

The messengers have been sent to all mankind, As a matter of fact "there has not been a nation without a messenger.Jesus and John the Baptist were sent to children of Israel, and Muhammad, even though was sent to Arabians, His message, The Quran" is sent for the entire world.

this is a very false statement according to a Allah and islam. God sent messengers for the whole of mankind not just for a group of people. there are some who accept few things and those who never accept a word. its their choice but God sent all the 1,24,000 prophets-pbut for the entire mankind, not specifically for u and me.
it was man who divided himself, as per his beleifs not God. we all are equal in the EYES OF ONE GOD and will be judged based on our DEEDS NOT RELIGION.
examples from the Quran
O mankind! Reverence your guardian-Lord, Who created you from a single person, created, of like nature his mate, and from them twain scattered (like seeds) countless men and women--fear Allah, through Whom you demand your mutual (rights), and (reverence) the wombs (that bore you): for Allah ever watches over you. (Quran 4:1)
Alif Lam Ra These are the Ayat of the Book of Wisdom. Is it a matter of wonderment to men that We have sent Our inspiration to a man from among themselves?--That he should warn mankind (of their danger), and give the good news to the Beleivers that they have before their Lord the lofty rank of Truth. (But) say the Unbelievers: "This is indeed an evident sorcerer!" (Quran 10:1-2)
Praise be to Allah, Who hath sent to His Servant the Book, and hath allowed therein no Crookedness: (He hath made it) Straight (and Clear) in order that He may warn (the godless) of a terrible Punishment from Him, and that He may give Glad Tidings to the Believers who work righteous deeds, that they shall have a goodly Reward. Wherein they shall remain forever: further, that He may warn those (also) who say, "Allah hath begotten a son": No knowledge have they of such a thing, nor had their fathers. It is a grievous thing that issues from their mouths as a saying. What they say is nothing but falsehood! (Quran 18:1-5)
It was necessary that the Scripture that was to be for all mankind and for all times, should be complete, perfect and change-proof. An incomplete scripture, and one that men changed from time to time, cannot be a guide to mankind. ... A Scripture that is meant for the whole of mankind ... has to be protected from being interpolated and changed by human hands. (Al-Balaagh, Vol. 11 No.2, p.1).
