Pills and powders don't work for long term. Most are not safe anyways. The Hoodia pill causes colon cancer in lab mice. Nutrisystem has cancer causing agents in them. Never heard of Tops. Weight watchers works only if you are 100% committed to it. You can eat any food there is but only small portions and lots of fruits, veges and water. The meetings I've been to were boring. The women complained about cooking and gave out recipes. I stopped going because at $11 a week I did't want to listen to whiners. I needed more of a support group. I found Overeaters Anonymous helped me. Its free.
I just started a gluten-free diet and in one week I've lost 3 lbs and my energy is up. The food at restuarants and stores are full of crap. Loaded with fillers and chemicals that make you want more of it. Eating healthy foods and avoiding sugar and caffeine is also good. I've been up to 310 lbs. I've tried many things but none worked because I wasn't 100% committed. You need to be in the right mind set and get loving support. Never give up!! You can email me if you need someone to talk to. Good Luck!!

I'll cover the ones I've tried... Hoodia works but you have to be careful which brand you buy. There are tons of them as I'm sure you know. Slim fast can work but it's hard to feel satisfied on a liquid diet. Nutrisystem works great but it's pretty expensive. You could buy like Lean Cuisine or Weight Watcher's meals at your local grocery for less money and achieve pretty much the same results. A lot of women in my family do the "Slim in 6" videos and they work quickly, but you have to stay dedicated to it. Drinking the D.R.A. of water is a great place to start. It's cheap and it really works and no matter what system you choose, it's not going to work nearly as well unless you drink the water. Hope this helps a little and good luck!

I'm all about balance, I don't follow any of these fad programs.
However, I might recommend Weight Watchers. It's like nutrition for lay people. I would NOT pay them a penny for it, however. WW is all about portion control, so if you shop for their products, compare the nutrition info to other, cheaper products. I promise that 90% of the time you can find the same thing only cheaper because it doesn't have the WW logo on it. Just because it says "Weight Watchers" does NOT mean that it's healthy.
Just eat in balance. It's really not that difficult.

I know someone who's using Hoodia. I heard it was pretty effective. The person I know is using the liquid drops that u put in food, not the pills, so there could be a difference. The liquid drops help 2 curb ur appetite.

All o fthese can make you;
Lose weight eventually.
Gain it back just as fast,
Very ill.
Pickup some serious side effects.
If you are serious about losing weight you have to consider four things.
(1 )- no mater which you choose it take self determination to stay the course.
(2 )-most diet plans only work tempory, or until you stop or run out of money.
(3 )-you have ot stay off of foods which are fattening and harmful to you system to lose or maintain weight loss.
(4 )-any weight loss system you can come up with does not .
( a )- work as well as a well balanced smaller ,
healthier meal. and exercise plan.
( b )-will be more riskier health wise.
( c )-will be harder to maintain than an exercise
and diet plan that you actually enjoy.
( d )- is much mor expensive than a good diet and
exercise plan.
( e )- the diet and exercise plan will be easier to maintain
as your needs for fat and sweet foods change.
when i say diet and exercise plan I mean a food diet.
cut out foods your body doesn't need, eat smaller amounts and of good food. cut back on things like pastry, potatos, rice, sweets, more beans, peas, and if you are serious cut out fast foods

I believe Weight Watchers has the most consistent results. Don't try any of the pills - none of them work without 'proper diet and exercise'. Try WW and go to the meetings. Weighing in every week holds you more accountable. And they do NOT weigh you in front of everyone. If they do, go to a different meeting.

Weight watchers is a great program. Super easy and you eat normal food.
They are currently having a free registration period. So you'd just pay a weekly fee - maybe $12 - and get your starting out material

I had tried many of those in the past, but what finally did it for me was just old fashion exercise and watching everything I ate. Saying no to dessert or that extra helping, and picking healthy and light! I works you just have to decide that you are ready to be thin and sexy!!

here is the pooper scooper. If you are 100 pounds overweight your chances of losing the weight is very slim. People have done it, but you would have done it by now if you could. I would suggest gastric bypass. I have seen it done many times and it was their last resort. Many wished they had done it sooner. Of course the choice is yours.
