just wonder how many other women are out there that never truely living the past and move on but are always drawn bacl to those memories that were so good at the time but you need to move on? anyone

I think I'm obsessed with my past. I constantly think of friends who betrayed me, boyfriends, teachers, things my parents did or said, good times from the past, bad times from the past.
I'm the epitome of Bruce Springsteens song "Glory Days".........and I hate that song.

I think that my current situation "stay home Mom" is so monotonous and dull that I drift into a time where I was free to do what I wanted yet too dumb to make very good choices.

Pathetic.

Sometimes I live in the past.
I will be walking and flashbacks pop out in my head.
They either make me smile or sigh.
In reality I am really trying to move on no matter how much it hurts.
We all gotta do what the clock does
keep going...

Happy memories are nice, but it's no use longing for the past. As long as you're alive, you need to be making new memories.

I THINK I'M KINDA THAT WAY I'M 47 DON'T WANNA GROW OLD WISH I COULD STILL DO THE SPLITS N GYMNASTICS I LOVE TO LOL AND HAVE CLEAN FUN MAYBE I'M A NUT ???
