the disciples ask Jesus how many time you should forgive someone : they asked 7 times is that enough? Jesus said "7 X 70 " that 490 times that a bit more leeway but iam not saying for a unwed moter to have 490 children Jesus told the woman caught naked and committing adultery to go and sin no more as that possible.

No, it's one strike and we're out. That's why we need Jesus. Jesus is the only one who lived a perfect life so he's the only one who has a right to go to heaven. He willingly died on the cross to pay for everyone else's sins. Because he took our punishment, anyone who believes in him is in, not out and there are no limits. No matter how many strikes we have, we're in. There are no limits on God's mercy. But if we reject Jesus and try to be good enough ourselves, we're out.

Yes, there is a limit to his mercy but it is way far above any limits we might have as humans. Jesus told people to forgive 70 times 7 times and that is lots more than most of us are willing to do.

God is rich in mercy. "There is no 3 strikes & you're out" The bible says "The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God, is eternal life" God works according to principles. When you violate the law, and the word, you will reap the consequences for doing such.

There are no limits to Gods mercy, His requirement is that you trust fully in Jesus as you only source of salvation. Ask for forgiveness.
If you are stuck in a cycle of sin, and know it, talk to a pastor, or someone at to help you break free of satan's grasp on you.

If you really are born again in Christ and know it in you heart, you are forgiven. Remember God KNOWS you heart.

No If He did no one would be in heaven. not even a million and 3. But the one sin that is not going to be forgiven is rejecting the Holy Spirit. Sound to good to be true and it is free(salvation) well sounds like perfect love to me. So many people saying we must work for it and if we don't quit make it on our own(never will at all) then I'll ask Jesus for alittle grace to get me saved (fools). then the ones who flat reject God period. Well what a pity it will be when you find the truth. Hopefully you will find the truth before it is to late. You were warned if you read this its up to you now.

I don't believe so. When Jesus died for us, as an expression of God's love and grace, he died for every person's complete sin through their lives. Not just three. It is only a matter of accepting that gift. God's mercy is only (allowed by Him) limited towards us if we reject His Son from our lives; and that is the only reason . . . at least that i know of.

Yes there are limits. When you ask forgiveness that means you wont do it again. You don't just do it and ask forgiven knowing your going to do it again. He wants a repenting heart. Hes merciful and his grace is inconceivable yes you can cross the line.

Once you're saved, you're sealed until the time of redemption. But there is a limit to God's tolerance. God will not be mocked. Believers who continue to sin could have their mortal lives shortened, and brought home, but they will not lose their salvation.
