Not legally. Btw, he could be a 45-year old pervert and the chances of you two actually meeting in RL are slim-to-none, no offense.

I don't know what the laws are like where you live, but usually an adult isn't supposed to be dating a minor. You don't have a huge age difference, but right now 4 years is pretty big. You are just starting high school and he's already 19.
The fact that you met him over the internet, he tells you that you are so hot, and wants to see more of you isn't all that great either. He could just be trying to get in your pants and/or get you to send him pictures/cam of yourself. If I was you I would stick to guys who you know that are more your own age.

Let's keep the facts straight...
Questions of legality depend on where he lives and where you live.
Generally it's not illegal to TALK to someone.. though there are exceptions.
Now if you plan on getting naked on cam it wil most probably be illegal for you do do it and illegal for him to encourage it. Since your underage.. and naked picture of you in a sexually suggestive pose or action will be considered child porn (including web cam pictures). Again, the actual laws depend on where you both live.
Now ironically, actually having sex may not be against the law. For instance, here in Ontaio the law permits anyone 14 and over to have sex unless there is a relationship of trust and dependancy. But I'm not advocating sex with him by any means.
The Internet is a wonderful place and provides free and open communication with almost everyone in the world. However, this very fact exposes people to some of the most dangerous people in the world. The Internet gives these people a feeling of anonymity that allows them to take actions that they would otherwise not have risked in their normal social lives.
So, I do have one word of caution. DO NOT GIVE HIM YOUR ADDRESS or phone number. Make sure he's ligit first, get his phone number. his address, verify it with 411. Talk to his friends. Take all precautions you can think of and don't meet him alone (or at all).

I don't think that any 19 year old boy should have anything to do w/ a 15 year old girl. Your in two different worlds. Hes graduated from highschool and maybe getting ready for college and your maybe a sophmore. I'm in my early 20's and I wouldn't want to date a teenager. Nothing personal but we really don't have a whole lot in common. I wouldn't suggest getting together w/ this guy, I don't think that anything good could come of it.

If he is 19 and you are 15 then I would say that is slightly illegal. Not too mention...can he not get a girl his own age? I think he just wants you for 'a good time'... find a guy your own age because I think you will be better off in the long run.

I hate to point this out to you but he's probably not even 19 at all. In fact he's proabably 50 or something just saying he's 19 and your falling for his trap. You're flirting with an old man and you don't even know it, sad but true...That's what pedophiles do, exactly what he's doing to you right now flirting with you and saying how hot you are! You should flat out stop talking to him before the point where he asks you to meet him because then I GUARENTEE there will be something awful to pay if you decide to meet him. So just forget about him and finde someone from you're school to go out with! There's plenty of fish in the sea out there and you're bound to find one if you at least try and look! Be safe!!!

NO sweetie, NO. you don't associate with people over the Internet in that way. don't you read the news ? to many girls get killed, raped, and kidnapped this way. you might say that you trust him, and that he cares for you. but so did the other girls who were in your situation and are now dead or not being heard of. associate with your friends and get your self a boy friend preferably under 18 years. not some stranger. please hear me out. much love
by the way im 15 too, turning 16. girl you're a teen. you have no business hooking up on the internet. go to the beach and mall and find your self "safe" guys.

My partner is 29 and I am 20. We have been together since I was 16, and we are still very much in love. We have just opened up our own business, and have found that with my youthfull attitude and his mature business skills it has created a really good team. Much more so than a relationship between 2 people of the same age. I know it is a funny way to look at it..... but it works. Go for it babe!

first off, never EVER EVER trust anyone that you meet off the internet. Doesn't matter how nice he seems. Don't ever ever ever trust them. Don't meet them. It is very important that you keep that in mind, and if you plan on meeting him, make sure you have an adult with you. Please keep this in mind, because it is extremely important!
I'm not quite sure what your question is asking, so I'll just answer as best I can. If he seems to want more than he is getting, tell him to lay off a little. As easy as that. If he can't take that comment, he isn't worth the time.

You should stay off the Internet. Where are your parents and why aren't they aware that you are treading in dangerous waters on the Internet. You don't really know who this is. Have your parents check it out. And do I need to mention that it is illegal and that he can go to jail for being with a minor. Wake up! This is how girls are kidnapped and killed everyday!!
