I have decided you are either bored with your life or have nothing else to do, or are just plain silly. Which is it.?? But, if I gave you an opinion , why in the world would I want it back. Hope you don't get to confused as to the question.(smile)

Well, if you ASKED me for my opinion I of course couldn't ask for it back. However, if BORROWED my opinion, then it would be under the pretense of you passing the knowledge along. So, under that guise, can you really ever ASK for an opinion, since we as a society are constantly passing knowledge on?

If you asked for someones opinion, then you gave them permission to voice it to you freely. If you didn't ask for it and they voiced it anyway, that's another story. To give an opinion back, once you asked for it, will have to wait until that person asks for yours. Then you can repeat the exact opinion back to them. For ex.....Quote: I don't like your shoes Unquote!
I'm sure you'll find a way to: do onto others, as they done on to you! If its malicious, it will start a vicious cycle and you can lose a friend.

We are all entitled to our opinion, it does not mean we have to like what is said. So by giving it back you are simply giving your opinion on my opinion and nothing is wrong with that.

No, because then it would be all of our opinion, not just mine anymore.(And just how do you know when you're finished with it, it may last longer than we would like it to, or want it to, or remember what it was for in the first place.)

Nope, my opinions are like chain letters. You have to pass them on to 10 friends in the next 15 minutes or your house will explode and you'll get airborne herpes, or something equally as silly.

What exactly are you trying to say? It sounds like plagiarism to me (that's if I am actually understanding your question). If it is, make sure that you credit that persons opinion. Just like when you write an essay and quote from a novel, newspaper, ect.

I'm gonna be honest with you, I don't know you and you're not my friend, so do you think I would really give you one of my good opinions. Whichever one I give you is just some crap I have no use for.
