I used to have the same problem till I starting using a second alarm as back up. The louder the better, but for more pleasent wake up the best is if the alarm is kind of melody type or songs. The regular type of alarm like the "buzzer" is kind of annoying and your mind will automatically opt for ignoring it.

I did to then my mom's boyfriend decided to help me out and got me this alarm clock that has two alarm settings so you can set two different times on it incase you ignore the first alarm, which would be hard to do cause also when it goes off it gradually gets louder and louder til you just cant ignore the damn thing anymore...lol, also I use the technique of having my husband calling me since I recognize his ringer and he is the one person I dont ignore..lol, so if you have a friend, significant other, or family member you are close to have them give you a ring...

When I found myself hitting the snooze alarm over and over several times in the morning I just moved my alarm clock from my bedside table to my desk on the other side of the room. It's not much, but having to get up out of bed and walk to the other side of the room helped me to wake up a little... at least, I started to only hit the snooze once... or twice...

Hope this helps!

Get another one or two more alarm clocks, or have someone call you, or have someone living with you wake you up. The best solution is to sleep early, so that you'd have 8-10 hours of sleep.

Make sure you're getting enough sleep. You might be overtired. Adults need 8 hours, teenagers need 9 hours per night.
How long have you been setting the alarm? After a couple of weeks you should be in the routine.

Put an electric vibrator under the edge of your pillow, as that usually does it. you would need to turn it on, and plug it into one of the electric timers you just pug into the wall receptable.
I used ot have my daughter call me on my beeper (on silent virbration every morning after she got up about 5 am if I was late coming in the night before. worked every time
The timers are actually used to plug lamps, radios, or other devices to come on/ off at different times ot make it appear you are home whenyou are not. they work well.
They are also used to burn down houses of people who wish to be 300 miles away when they go:):):). Now anyone can forget they pluged in the iron or heater accidently into a timer:))
