Aloe Vera gel straight from the plant is excellent for burns! You can cut a piece of the leaf off with a knife or a shears or, you can simply break-off a small piece...Usually a piece 1-2" long is sufficient for your average burn...Just squeeze the gel directly from the leaf onto the burned skin.It really works wonderfully!..Yes, you can damage the plant by removing too much.Just use a bit of common sense and you'll be fine

ya if u have a burn just break off a small peice and rub it on the area for a little bit....if u wanna get creative u can make a nice moisturizing lotiong by scraping the insides of a couple aloe leaves and mixing it with any lotion.

Yeah, you just break a plant lead off and crack it open, then apply the gel wherever you need it.

pretty much. you just break off a part (about an inch or less) split it open an apply the ooey gooey goodness. i use it a lot for my clumsy burns. stick to the real deal.

i use it all the time
take a leaf u think will be large enough for the burn
rip it off leaving the root still in the plant
then rub on the insides
