Is not about in Which grade are you, but How old are you!!?
If you are over 18 is illegal, even though you are attending school.
And telling to your parents is only your choice, that is a very delicate topic that only you know how would they react, even if you Think they will react certain way it might surprise you they react different...That is your choice.

The part you got a boyfriend or his age.
If you aren't 18 then it's OK....He is kinda young.
If you are male and he is then you just deal with it when the time comes up. Tell them.
